歯車列車で景色の良い上り坂を上った後、サンタ・マリア・デ・モントセラト修道院に到着します。サンタ・マリア・DE・モントセラト修道院は、約1000年前に創立され、現在もベネディクト会系のコミュニティが働いている生きた聖域です。 バシリカと修道院の敷地を歩きながら、この聖地の信仰と伝統だけでなく、音楽、芸術、教育まで、何世代にもわたる修道士たちがどのように守ってきたのかを知ることができます。 古代の信仰、ドラマチックな山々の風景、静かな霊的な雰囲気が組み合わさったモントセラトは、宗教的な意義だけでなく、熟考、畏敬、そしてつながりの場でもあります。

It was a wonderful experience. Our tour guide Berts was very warm and earnest and shared her personal experience at Montserrat which made the trip come alive and all the more endearing. The vineyard too was memorable despite the heat. Perhaps an improvement could have been a visit to the wine cellar and view how wine is stored. Nevertheless Berta's explanations of the different wine tasting was a worthy experience. Strongly recommend!

As a private tour, it was a highlight - far from stress - very informative and also beautifully scenic… Special thanks go to our guide, who knew almost everything about Barcelona - could answer every question and still left us space for our own paths. We enjoyed our time in Monserrat and our guide was informative and also gave excellent recommendations on how to spend our free time. Lunch at the winery and subsequent wine tasting was disappointing. Lunch was chicken with mashed potatoes. Our tour guide also led us through the wine tasting which made me wonder who exactly owned the winery. Few guests seated at our table seemed to enjoy the wine. A visit to the cellar was an additional 75 Euros. Finally, I would recommend that the company builds in time for a quick restroom break after arriving, as our tour guide repeatedly indicated there was no time and guests needing a restroom would need to " catch up."
