I traveled to Alaska in August and part of September. I called the Enterprise Downtown in Anchorage to rent a large SUV beginning on September 1st - Called them one month before needed the SUV. Requested large SUV ( similar to Toyota RAV 4 ). There were 3 senior citizens on the trip - we had 6 large suitcases and 3 carryon bags! We were going to stay 2 weeks on Alaskan trip!!! Three days before I was to pick up my SUV, I called Enterprise to confirm SUV would be available, was told I would need to wait an hour on September 1st - vehicle not ready yet!! But.. told to come to site at 10:30am. Upon arrival I was told at least an hour because vehicle not ready yet. I reconfirmed a large SUV - they said did not have one! I explained we had 6 large suitcases and 3 carryon bags. Told the only vehicle would be a jeep - I was not pleased because there was a jeep onsite - I walked over and reconfirmed we needed large vehicle. Was told they had nothing larger available!! One staff member said they did not use RAV4 because it was difficult to start in Alaskan winters!! By now I had spent 2 hours waiting and we needed to leave Anchorage for Soldatna and our hotel! About 3 hour drive!! We were forced to accept the jeep - there was barely room for luggage plus 3 people!! Person in back seat had knees almost up to his chest!! I have rented from Enterprise for years but this experience changed my mind!!!

I had George as a driver. Came promptly on time to pick me up from the hotel, followed my wishlist of places to see. Very nice to be around. Will definitely recomend

He answered every question we had with incredible knowledge and gave us fascinating insights into the history, culture, and daily life of Kenya. What really impressed us was how he made our ambitious itinerary possible in a single day without ever making us feel rushed. He knew exactly how to plan the route efficiently while still giving us time to enjoy each stop. Along the way, he pointed out places of interest, shared local stories, and made sure we got the most out of our experience. Beyond being an excellent driver, Gabriel has a fantastic personality. He was kind, easy to talk to, professional, and made the entire day enjoyable. His knowledge, warmth, and dedication turned what could have been just transportation into one of the highlights of our trip. If you’re looking for someone who is reliable, knowledgeable, and truly cares about providing an exceptional experience, I can’t recommend Gabriel highly enough!

George was a delightful companion driver. He had to wait a long time for me to do my arrival visa, he was gracious and kind. I had no real plans for my layover, except for a National Park drive, he made sure to fulfil my requests, a Kenyan lunch, a walk around the city, he helped make sure I went to a currency exchange shop, waited for me to finish my park tour and delivered me back to the airport in time. I really enjoyed my afternoon with George, he gave me a lot of insight into Kenyan culture. I am so glad I had him as my guide and companion.

We had a great and funny day with George, who was our driver. It was our first vacation day and it could not have been better. He showed us nice places and we learned about Namibia. We can recommend this activity, as it's very relaxing and you can decide shorthand what to do. Thank you George! :-)

Jidraf was great. He sent a WhatsApp in advance to confirm exact pickup arrangements, then was there promptly to greet us. The vehicle was in good condition, his driving was careful and he drove our family around various sites in Nairobi at our request, providing us with loads of historical facts and interesting anecdotes along the way and waiting for us patiently, when required. He was friendly, courteous and professional, and nothing was too much trouble - we couldn’t have asked for more. Thanks Jidraf!

A friend and myself - used this service to bookend our Kenya vacation (one full day at the start, two days at the end). Driver George contacted us the day before to confirm the time and place. Wrote on the day that he was on his way and came as agreed. The car was nice and comfortable. George drove us to the places we wanted and came up with good suggestions about seeing other things. Really a good experience.
