This was a very stress-free transfer. Out driver was already at the hotel so we were able to leave 15 minutes early. The drive to Linate was comfortable in a new Mercedes Van. Excellent experience and service overall
The service was prompt and efficient. Clean, luxury "black car" vehicles. Easy communication and prompt response through Whatsapp. I highly recommend them.
Dear Customer, thanks for your review and beautiful words we hope to see you again on board Decus Italia Thank you Patricia
Luxury communicated in a timely manner and was timely. Easy, easy. So much better than dragging luggage through the subway system up and down stairs.
Dear Customer , thank you for the review, I hope to see you again on board Decus Italia. Best regards Patricia
I learned on my first trip to Europe not to rely on a taxi being there when you need it, and that not all European countries are Uber-friendly. I now take all the guesswork out of getting to the airport on time by arranging a private transfer ahead of time. Decus Italia were prompt with communications, setting and confirming up a pickup time was easy, the driver was at my hotel ahead of the pickup time, and dropped us off at the exact door for my airline. He was courteous and professional and I would use Decus Italia again and would absolutely recommend them to others.
Dear Customer. We are very pleased to read this wonderful review. For us, it is very important to organize our customer's service down to the smallest detail with quality and professionalism. Hope to see you again on board Decus Italia. Regards Patricia
The driver was at Linate Airport holding a sign when we arrived. Very careful, safe and on time. Thanks.
Dear customer , we are really happy to know that you enjoyed our services. We look forward to having you on board the Decus Italia again. kind regards Mendes Patricia
