Airport transfer to hotel. Excellent communication with our driver Massimo. We left an item behind and he returned it to our hotel later that day. Very friendly and attentive service!

My service was at 11:30am. Our flight was slightly delayed and arrived at 11:50am. When we called the service to inquire where the car was, they told us that th driver has been at the airport for 2 hours and they left because they had another appointment. They charged us in full even though we did not use the service. When I called Viator to book me an another service, they said they would need to charge me another full additional amount because the original service wouldn’t allow a credit.
Dear customer, As explained, regarding flight arrivals at the airport, the time you indicate is only an approximate time, with a maximum wait of 60 minutes. This is because our operations center monitors the flight for any delays. For example, if your flight arrives late at 3:00 PM, but you booked at 11:30 AM, your driver will show up at the actual landing time, in this case at 3:00 PM, not 11:30 AM, so as not to leave you stranded with the expected 60-minute wait described in the product description. In your case, the flight landed at 10:20 AM, but you wrote to us at 11:08 AM to wait for another friend of yours arriving on an 11:40 AM flight. That would mean a 2-hour wait and two flights to catch. Each service has a maximum wait of 1 hour. We offered you an extra wait, but you declined. The driver waited for 1.5 hours and risked being late for another Viator customer. Kind regards Patricia
When you are arriving in a foreign city and not sure which way to go, it is reassuring to see your name displayed on a digital board held by someone with a smile. We were greeted at the Milan Linate Airport in the immediate area following luggage collection. There was no need to wonder how to go about locating our driver. Our driver, Alona, was waiting with our name on a digital board and this was extremely helpful in locating her. Alona took care of loading our luggage and off we went. She was very professional and pleasant. We were at our hotel in no time. The van used to pick up our group of 6 was spacious and clean. Definitely recommend this company and their service. Kudos to the company and especially Alona. We thank you!

Airport transfer worked flawlessly. Our inbound flight was cancelled and there was no problem switching our pickup to our new flight which was on a different airline a few hours later. We just sent a message through Viator where all the other communications had been, and our driver was waiting right where promised with our name on a tablet. Very easy.
