The transfer you purchased was from Fiumicino Airport to Rome city centre, which normally takes approximately 40 minutes. Only later was it confirmed that your actual destination was Civitavecchia, which is more than an hour and a half from Fiumicino Airport. Since our transfer prices are calculated according to the distance and destination, the fare for Civitavecchia is necessarily different from the fare for central Rome. When we identified the issue, we offered you the possibility of cancelling the transfer. However, you chose to keep the booking and pay the additional difference required for the longer journey. We genuinely regret that this situation caused you inconvenience or discomfort. Nevertheless, the additional charge was not arbitrary, but simply reflected the actual distance and destination of the transfer.
