Leo was a wonderful guide who gave above & beyond the agreed tour, we got a message advising us to make contact via wats app prior to our booking dat which we did and he responded and gave us loads of information with exact details of how to get to our meeting place and an itinary for our walking tour. Leo also gave us a recommendation for other places of interest to see after our tour had finished and how to get back to our ship. We would 100% recommend a tour with Leo, he was really informative and helpful and also said if we needed anything for the rest of the day to just message him and he would help us if he could, which he did

Confirmation of the booking of a tour in English took place days before it was to be conducted. Contact with the guide in question was made. Yesterday, short-notice and non-replaced cancellation on the part of the organization (Guydeez). Online, a booking was possible for the same time. Language: Spanish. Due to a late arrival in Bilbao, we unfortunately missed this tour. We cannot evaluate the tour as such, but find the last-minute cancellation and the possibility of booking the same tour in another language (we would have been willing to participate in that from the beginning) very strange. We would have wished for open and honest communication.

Leo was very knowledgable, with lots of interesting points about the history of the city. As there was only the 2 of us on the walk, it was a great personal experience.

Very sweet tour with Sarah who took us on a lovely walk around her city where we learned about the life there. Old town and Guggenheim are very interesting. She gave me information about what to do for the rest of the day in terms of available museums.

Sara was an excellent tour guide. She engaged the group and asked to know what we would like to see and aligned with that

The tour guide doesn't speak English. Sadly, it was a waste of our limited time in town. We were taking around the same streets with barely any storytelling

Leo was a very good guide. We were the only 2 on the Tour and he was very relaxed accommodating and full of interesting information. Saw the main highlights of the Old Town right up to the Stadium.

Leo our walking tour guide was very knowledgeable on the history and town of Bilbao. He took his time to show our group all areas of the old and new town. He answered all questions and provided information to the group on how best to get around, use public transport and make the most of our 3 day visit to Bilbao. Thank you Leo

Íñigo was a great guide! We spent a good while walking through old town. He was very knowledgeable about local culture, history, and language. We even took in the Alhóndiga! Wear good shoes for best enjoyment of this tour! It can be warm, so dress appropriately for the weather.
