The place was wonderful. Very large pools, lots of different fountains and ways to be entertained. However, this excursion left a lot to be desired. We were supposed to be met at the door and given a tour of the facility which never happened. It was very difficult to pull up the tickets and that caused a further delay. So I feel like I paid for a tour and towels and things that we never got.
The experience was amazing, an unforgettable trip thanks to this, plus our guide did great, called Magda

The place where they are is wonderful, a really beautiful landscape, a sort of plateau about 900 meters high; when we were there there was still enough snow residue and some slopes were still open.

Place is good there is enough parking, parking is inexpensive 10 pz all day. The very place inside is a large many pools with hot water there are also saunas and a Jacuzzi many attractions for children. The only problem with opening a locker is no pens and everyone is tormented.

We booked this last night and I received very helpful instructions from our guide Kaja, she was clear and concise, I had a couple of questions to ask and she was responsive to those too which was helpful! The place itself is lovely, it’s quite busy but that’s understandable as it’s a popular place to visit but was so refreshing and relaxing! The 16+ bit is lovely, the only downside being when the little walk to and from the outside pool it’s freezing 😂 but again it’s minor for such a nice time. Overall was a great little outing for me and my partner & again thank you to Kaja for the great communication, clear instructions & making everything smooth and simple, highly recommend!

Clear communication before and when entering the venue, amazing experience which i dont believe can be found in the uk. Very enjoyable, 3 hours flew by so would book longer next time.
