カドゥキョイは、野菜や果物のピクルス、ラフマクン (皿のようなピザ、パリッと薄いピザ)、地元のチーズやメゼなど、多種多様な食品を提供する「食通」の天国です。トルコでは、味だけでなく、伝統、幸福、幸運、友情の象徴として食べ物を大切にしています。イスタンブールの通りを食べながら、食べ物がなぜ私たちにとって重要なのかがわかります。
カドゥキコでの試食の後は、地元のウスタの天国のように美味しいバクラヴァなど、人生を変えるようなデザートを試食し、淹れたてのトルコ茶を楽しみます。その後はフェリーに乗ってヨーロッパ側に戻ります。

Resul is a great, passionate and funny tour guide with a lot of deep sharing about local history, culture and food.
We often do a food tour in a new city. This was a memorable one. Mostly because our guide Burak was so great. He was knowledgeable, chill, and fun to be around. We (two couples) felt like we were hanging out with a friend by the end of the day. Book it!

Nice experience tasting different type of food in Kadikoy
I had a fantastic walking tour in Istanbul with Resul. He was extremely informative, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire experience. He kindly met me right next to my hotel, which made everything very easy and convenient from the start. As we walked through the city, Resul shared fascinating historical information along with great local insight into the culture and food scene. I especially appreciated how he pointed out authentic local spots and explained the stories behind the neighborhoods and landmarks we visited. The tour felt personal, relaxed, and very well organized. I learned so much and truly enjoyed exploring the city with someone so knowledgeable and passionate about Istanbul.
