The private tour is undoubtedly the best option, but unfortunately, on the day we visited, even our private tour guide couldn’t provide us with a standout experience due to a system outage. Although this caused a delay in our entry to the Acropolis, our tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable and we thoroughly enjoyed our time together. We learned a lot and had a fantastic time. Since we visited in early July, I advise you to bring a hat as the weather was extremely hot. Overall, I highly recommend the private tour.

Lisa was an absolutely wonderful guide for our Acropolis and Acropolis Museum tour. She was warm, kind, and incredibly patient, making the experience enjoyable for everyone in our group. She shared fascinating historical facts and stories at just the right pace—never overwhelming us with too much information, but highlighting the details that made the sites truly come alive. She was especially thoughtful with my mom, who walks slowly, making sure we never felt rushed and always keeping the group together. One of the things we appreciated most was that she took beautiful photos of our family throughout the tour without us even having to ask, allowing us to stay present and enjoy the experience. Lisa’s passion for Greek history was evident, and she answered every question with enthusiasm and knowledge.
