The ride was ok... Just a taxi picking you up. The actual metered cost of the ride was under 70 euros. This company charges double that amount for 4 of us. Just go to the taxi stand and take one.

We’re pleased to hear that the ride itself was satisfactory. We would, however, like to clarify that the price of a pre-booked airport transfer is not simply the metered taxi fare. For transfers between Barcelona Airport and Sitges, the total cost can include airport-related charges, tolls, and the pre-arranged private transfer service, including advance coordination and guaranteed pickup.
We understand that the final price may have seemed higher compared with the meter shown on the taxi, and we’re sorry this caused disappointment. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to make the pricing and included charges as clear as possible when guests book.

Not happy with Viator.
They may cancel at the last minute, leaving you scrambling for another way to get to your 20+ mile away cruise ship. No reason was given. They just cancelled.

Great driver pick up service.
We had a great driver. His name was Haroon. He waited for a few extra minutes as our plane was 25 min late. He helped with our luggage. A nice nice experience

Great Experience
Our driver, Aslan, was courteous, informative and professional. However, I believe he was dispatched late and we waited for 30 minutes for his arrival at the airport.
