During this period, we adjust our itinerary to focus on alternative scenic spots around Phi Phi, alongside optional traditional longtail boat experiences. We understand that hotel pickups and drop-offs can make for a long day when covering multiple areas across Phuket. Because our shared transfers operate on set routes based on hotel locations, traffic and distance can sometimes result in earlier pickup and later drop-off times. We apologize for how tiring this routing felt for you. Regarding the third-party banana boat activity, external watersport operators on the islands function completely independently from our tour. While our guides do not manage or control these external vendors, we expect our team to assist as a friendly liaison whenever a guest encounters a issue, and we will remind our staff to offer better support in those situations. Concerning smoking, our guides strictly enforce our no-smoking policy in covered areas and actively remind guests to respect both fellow passengers and the marine environment. While our staff does everything in their power to manage passenger behavior on board, we rely on guests to act responsibly. Rest assured, we take ocean conservation very seriously and will continue to reinforce strict compliance across all our trips.
