Som vi informerade om dagen före avresan är avgiften på 400 THB per person (totalt 800 THB för två) den officiella nationalparksavgiften. Detta är en obligatorisk avgift som tas ut av de thailändska myndigheterna för inträde till naturskyddsområdena, och det är inget som vi som operatör behåller. Eftersom vi vill vara helt transparenta erbjöd vi er en fullständig återbetalning dagen innan turen om ni inte ville betala denna myndighetsavgift. Då ni valde att tacka nej till återbetalningen och istället följa med på turen, utgick vi från att informationen var tydlig. Het spijt ons te horen dat de tour commercieel aanvoelde en dat u het gevoel had dat er te veel mensen op de speedboot waren, waardoor u zich afvroeg wat het "premium" aspect inhield. We streven ernaar om een comfortabele en hoogwaardige ervaring te bieden. Het is teleurstellend om te horen dat u vond dat de boot overvol zat.
