We also appreciate your feedback regarding the audibility. We would like to clarify that headsets were not provided for the Vatican Museums because, for small groups such as yours (5 participants in total), they are normally not required. However, headsets were provided for the visit of St. Peter’s Basilica, as they are mandatory there even for very small groups. We’re sorry if at times it was difficult to hear, and we’ll certainly keep your feedback in mind as we continue to improve our guests’ experience. We hope to welcome you again on another tour soon!
