The Golden Circle is the most popular tour in Iceland, and for a good reason. We start at Þingvellir National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Then we head to the famous Geysir area, where we will witness the geysir Strokkur erupt. Our next stop will be at Gullfoss waterfall, the most famous waterfall in Iceland, best known for its power and beauty. An optional extra stop will be at a 6500-year-old crater named Kerið. This is a private tour, and we tailor it to your needs. Additional stops can be made upon request.

The beautiful Þinvellir National Park is the best place to see how the tectonic plates are moving apart and there we established Alþingi (our parliament) in the year 930.
Witness the active geysir Strokkur erupt and visit the dormant giant Geysir itself.
Enjoy the view of Gullfoss, the most famous waterfall in Iceland, known for its power and beauty.
Walk around or into a 6500-year-old crater Kerið, which is an addition to the classical Golden Circle. This is an extra stop to the Golden Circle and you decide if you want to visit or not, it is a private tour and we tailor it to your needs

Siggi is the best! A native Icelander who is friendly, knowledgeable and sensitive to our wishes and need. He is professional and so entertaining!! I very much appreciate a tour guide who works hard to quickly learn what the customer's tastes and interest are. Siggi exceled at figuring us out quickly and then made sure to share information that enhanced our experience. He was able to enlighten us in Icelandic customs and cultures. He really enriched our entire experience and we left feeling as if we really got a genuine taste of the beauty of Iceland. Even when weather effected our plans, he was able to redirect and show us things we would have never known about. Truly, you would be lucky to have Siggi be your guide. I have had many excellent private tour guides but Siggi is better than all of them!!

We booked the Private Golden Circle Tour with Siggy, and it was absolutely the highlight of our Iceland vacation. My spouse and I, along with four others, had never been to Iceland before, so we were excited but a little unsure what to expect. From the moment we met Siggy, though, we knew we were in good hands. He’s not only the guide, he is the company owner - and it shows. Throughout the day he shared fascinating history about each landmark, explained the geology and mythology behind the landscape, and made sure we understood what we were seeing. He paused for photo-ops and took so many incredible photos for us, then went out of his way to share the pictures soon after the tour. What really elevated the experience: Flexibility & extra options: Siggy gave us optional detours and side-stops, explained why each was special, and let us choose the pace. Personal touch: There was even a fun little “prize” up for grabs, more than enough food options/restaurant stops, and genuinely helpful recommendations for the rest of our stay. Great storytelling + local knowledge: We learned about Iceland’s history, geology, and local culture in a way that made each view more meaningful. It felt like a 5-star private tour. Warm, informative, flexible, and full of personal touches. It’s truly the best way to kick off a vacation in Iceland. We couldn’t recommend Siggy’s company more. Our guide Sigfus (Siggy) was great, very nice and explained everything very well. Would 100% recommend, we were a big family with different needs and he made sure we were all comfortable.
