Step into an authentic Tuscan kitchen in the heart of Florence and dive into the world of Italian cuisine with this hands-on cooking class. Just a short walk from the iconic Duomo, this experience offers you the chance to learn traditional recipes, connect with local culinary culture, and create delicious memories to take home. Our expert chefs will guide you through the process of making two classic types of fresh pasta: fettuccine and ravioli. Starting from scratch with simple, high-quality ingredients like flour and eggs, you’ll learn how to knead, roll, and shape the dough by hand. You’ll then prepare savory fillings and craft your own ravioli, along with ribbons of fettuccine ready to be paired with rich, authentic sauces made with seasonal ingredients.

This was so fun. Sam was a passionate and knowledgeable teacher-chef; her positive energy made the experience so much fun for even my teenage kids. Unlimited wine was nice too. I was expecting a “decent” wine, but it was really good. We made and ate our own pasta, ravioli and proper Italian tiramisu. I highly recommend this experience for solo or family travelers.
We had a great time! When we got there, someone was outside asking if we are here for the pasta course, and checked our name and told us to head in. They asked everyone to wash their hands first and then once everyone was there the class started. Everything was explained well, the teacher was really good and helpful and we had a great time making the dishes! You eat exactly what you make, they label the plates with a number and whilst you wait for the pasta to be boiled by the chefs, the teacher makes fresh tiramisu and gets everyone involved which was nice. Highly recommend the class!
We enjoyed the cooking class so much! We were a very big group with many different ages, and the instructors were so attentive to each person! Explaining in many languages, helping the kids, and sharing history as well as cooking advices. Very recommended!!
Very fun and unique experience. Our food turned out surprisingly good. Our chef/teacher (who had 9 brothers, I have lost his name) had enough energy for the whole room and more. He was helpful and friendly in addition to the humor and enthusiasm he shared.
I really enjoyed this cooking class. The chef was very nice and gave me great advice. I totally recommend !!
I did the class because i wanted to make my solo trip memorable and it didn’t disappoint. The teacher was very friendly and professional, food was amazing and the overall atmosphere was great ! It surely made my trip to Florence even more beautiful !
I had a great time during this cooking class. The experience was incredible. The organizers were really very kind and very invested in the activity. The atmosphere within the group was great, warm. We were all in cohesion. The food was delicious, the products were fresh and truly Italian. In addition, we had the opportunity to taste a bottle of Italian wine to close the course. I highly recommend this property if you want to discover Italian cuisine!
Every dish of Italian cuisine tells the story of the quality of its agricultural and food products, its regional origins and the tradition of conviviality, which is why it has been declared a UNESCO heritage site.
Super experience! The cooking class was well organized and I had a great time from start to finish. The atmosphere was relaxed and convivial, with wine always available during class, which made it all the more fun. In addition to cooking, the super friendly staff also explained many interesting things about Florence, its history and local traditions. A complete experience that I recommend to those who want to learn to cook and learn more about the city.
A fun experience in a playful and cultural context. We deepened the preparation of some classic Italian dishes with enthusiastic and prepared guys. We ate the food we cooked and it surprised me how good it was.
