We will walk through Zurich’s most iconic sights, including the impressive Grossmünster, the elegant Fraumünster with its famous Chagall windows, and the lively Bahnhofstrasse. As we stroll along the Limmat River and wander through the winding alleys of the Old Town, you'll also uncover local secrets and hidden gems that many visitors overlook.
As we explore Zurich’s winding alleys and hidden corners, we’ll also stop at a selection of renowned confiseries—local chocolate shops celebrated for their handmade Swiss chocolates. You’ll taste a variety of specialties, from delicate pralines to innovative seasonal creations, and of course, Zurich’s famous Luxemburgerli: airy, colorful macarons that have become a sweet symbol of the city’s confectionery tradition.
To round off the experience, we’ll finish with a relaxing one-hour cruise on Lake Zurich, where you can enjoy panoramic views of the city and the surrounding Alps from the water.

Great tour guide, great tour. Went w husband and other friends. Just an fyi, tour says3-4 hours but was about 2.5, which was really plenty of time bc it’ was hot. Would def recommend!!

Very overpriced tour just to visit two chocolate shops, try 2 chocolate pieces snd then walk around Ol Town with little info given. The lake cruise can be done with a Swiss Pass so not worth it to pay for this “tour.”
We are sorry that the tour did not meet your expectations, as our guests’ experience is very important to us. However, we would like to clarify that your review contains some inaccurate information. The tour includes 9 pieces of chocolate, not 2, as well as a guided Zurich Old Town tour and lake cruise, exactly as described. Regarding the Swiss Pass, we cannot assume that every guest has one. And saying that the experience “could have been done myself” can apply to literally any guided tour—the value is in having everything organized and accompanied by a guide. We understand that this tour was not what you expected, but we kindly encourage guests to carefully read the tour description and inclusions before booking.

We tried absolutely loved the Zurich city tour with chocolate tasting. Our tour guide Nico was very informative and funny at the same time. Nico started our trip with some great chocolate tasting which immediately got our kids attention. We walked for an hour and 45 mins approximately before getting on the mini lake cruise. We visited 3 chocolate shops total before getting on the cruise. Time absolutely flew between our tour guide Nico’s jokes between historic facts and chocolate tasting. We highly recommend it if you have young kids!

The tour was great, with mild to moderate physical demand for the walking portion. Our tour guide, Teresa, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The tour ends with a beautiful and relaxing 1 hour boat ride on a small ferry around Lake Zurich. Be sure to pack a water bottle to fill out of the fountains, a hat or small umbrella for shade, and light clothing if it’s a sunny hot day. Oh and the chocolate was delicious!
