Was a great experience!! It was a ton of fun. I will say they need to say they need to say in the brochure that there’s a walk up a cliff on the last zip line. Lol
Whew!!! This was supposed to be a great experience and it was until it wasn't......The zipline tour itself was great beautiful views and I felt safe and secure during the process.....the biggest downfall to this site is that its an hour plus from San Juan so if your not local you will need a rental to get here, lyft/uber will get you THERE ONLY!!! Once u get there they have staff/security guard that will offer you a ride back to San Juan almost INSTANTLY upon you exiting the vehicle.....now granted the lyft back was $150+ to get back wen it was only $55 to get there.....we were charged by a security guard $80 to get back to San Juan....he became aggressive and threatened us wen we questioned why so high of a cost when it was a shared ride with others....they collected $80 from 3 separate groups of travelers trying to get back to San Juan. I really hate that was how my day ended because I had a great time doing the activity. I would suggest looking for a different place that offers transportation to/from if u are choosing to not get a rental.
Bring water close those shoes open mind because you’re gonna have a blast my wife and I are both 61 ready to be 62. We did it totally amazed, but we did it.
All the tour guide were great and friendly. This was my first outdoor excursion in Puerto Rico and they were one of the examples of how nice everyone is. I went on 8 ziplines, I am unsure if the had names. I didn’t have it, bit I recommend getting the helmet with the camera on it since your hands have to be on the handle bars at all times. Our main tour guide was Manny.
The best ever I forgot their names but at first I was scared but they helped me get over that and so it
Fun thrilling come with closed toe shoes or water shoes or you will need to purchase one from the vendor
Loved it! Will do it again when I come back in the future! The next time I come I will do the monster zip line!
Had a great time and staff was absolutely amazing and made us feel comfortable at all times. An amazing experience
This was our first time zip lining, and it was absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend we did seven lines and they were pretty high and pretty fast. We would definitely go again.
Similar zip lines, nothing special, not worth the drive from San Juan. Although we did not do the Beast or Monster. Our group had done zip lines in Costa Rica, North Carolina and Hawaii, which were better in our opinion. Great looking facility, staff well trained and safe. Except for one vertical hike, it was an easy walk from one zipline to another. Views were beautiful.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. 💚 We’re glad to hear you appreciated our facilities and the professionalism of our team. We also sincerely appreciate your comments, as they help us continue evaluating and improving the experience we provide to our guests. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future.
