What a wonderful experience! It was a long day, but very well organized with plenty of stops and breaks along the way. Our guide was knowledgeable, the entire process was easy, and the scenery at Bryce Canyon and Zion was absolutely breathtaking. I was pleasantly surprised by how much we were able to see and would definitely recommend this tour.
Not able to go due to change of time .From the start communication is with my email.By 8/10 that morning ,still at 0630.So transportation was arranged for Lift.By afternoon, the missed call was the time changed at 0600 less than 24 hours .This miscommunication should have been avoided when communication should have been forwarded to my email in which they have been communicating at the start.Never had encounter this miscommunication with your agency except the Las Vegas area..The call from what’s Ap was in the afternoon,in which the customer has no idea it will be communicated in What’s Ap this time.
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry there was confusion regarding the pickup time. However, the day before the tour, we sent the updated information through WhatsApp, email, and regular text message to make sure you received the pickup details. The tour is advertised as starting at 6:30 AM, but as clearly disclosed in the tour information, hotel pickups begin approximately 30 minutes earlier because we must collect guests from different hotels before the tour officially begins. Your confirmed pickup time was 6:00 AM. On the morning of the tour, we waited for you and repeatedly tried to contact you by phone until approximately 6:15 AM. Unfortunately, you did not answer, and we had to continue with the other guests to keep the tour on schedule. You returned our call at approximately 6:35 AM, which was about 35 minutes after your scheduled pickup time and after the vehicle had already departed. We understand how disappointing it is to miss a tour, but we made every reasonable effort to communicate the updated pickup information in advance and to reach you again on the morning of the tour.
Fantastic day and well worth the visit! The canyons and park are absolutely gorgeous and Anthony our Guide made sure we saw as many of the highlights that time allowed. Lots of beauty views giving all of us a chance to take some good photos. The small group tour is well worth the money!
Long ride but scenery was amazing. Well worth the drive! We had a wonderful group and Anthony was a great guide.
Long day to reach Zion but worth it In the heat of the summer bring plenty of water and snacks and sunscreen
Our tour guide, Anthony, took us through Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park. Anthony is extremely knowledgeable and built a great tour with beautiful photo opportunities, and he made sure that we had enough bottled water and breaks as needed. I highly recommend this tour-it was at a very fair price, and you are in both parks for a couple hours apiece.
Our original tour date had to be rescheduled but was well communicated and glad it worked out. Anthony was a great guide. Very knowledgeable, patient, and a nice, friendly person.
Thank you all for this dream contest
Great small group tour to see Zion and Bryce. Our guide and driver, Anthony, was excellent! He was very friendly and informative as we went along through the day and made sure we stayed hydrated (provided plenty of cold water) and had sunscreen. Stopped for plenty of potty breaks as well. He took us to the best overlooks and stops at both parks and even took pictures of us at some of the spots. We had plenty of time on our own to explore as well and we had a great scenic hike through Zion where we saw a Crane on the Virgin River and several Mule Deer (buck, doe and fawn). It was a beautiful day with amazing scenery that we won’t soon forget! The ride back to Vegas was cool and comfortable after a long, hot day. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone who wants to experience both parks in one day.
Wayne was a great driver/guide. It’s amazing how much he knows about the parks and Las Vegas, and he’s excited to share it with you. This is a long day, but Wayne managed the time, the group, and the activities perfectly. We had plenty of time at Bryce Canyon. The subway hoagies and chips provided were acceptable, no complaints. Zion was beautiful, but I wish we could have seen a bit more of it; however, it’s understandable that you have limited time on such a long day. Be aware it’s an early rise and a later return, but definitely worth it!
