Your Own Hague. Behind The Scenes of The Royal City

Description
The Hague is a marvelously unique blend of royal history, palace secrets, medieval traditions, and legends surrounded by high-rise buildings and futuristic urbanism. This city is multifaceted. Together, we will take a journey through the ages - from the times of knights, minstrels and beautiful ladies, from what started as a small village, albeit the most aristocratic one in the world, to an influential political capital. We'll understand why one can't take his eyes off the modern architecture of The Hague, but of course, we won't forget about innovation and street art. Together with my friends we took a guided tour around The Hague - was sooo nice! We've walked around the city center, walked into hidden gardens, local secret places, unusual museums and tiny narrow streets. I dont want to reveal all secrets - just take the tour and enjoy!! highly recommended!

We are happy you could enjoy the tour despite the weather :)
It was an interesting walk in the city centre with a guide. He told us different intriguing stories about the inhabitants of the area, showed some hidden architectural gems, explained the historical background of the buildings, and gave us some tips on where to have dinner or coffee. For me, the excursion lacked of the history of the city and the information about the Hague's role in the history of the Netherlands but I was late for the tour and, probably, I did not hear everything, and I am also keen on history.
Dear Irina, Thank you for your feedback and kind words. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the tour. Regarding the content, we have a lot of historical tours, but this one was focused on the modern life of Den Haag, which we mentioned in its description. However, the introduction part of the tour was dedicated to history. We are sad you missed it :(. We also love history and will be happy to share it with you on our other tours in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague, Horn, Dordrecht, Delft, Haarlem, Leiden, Utrecht, or other cities. We hope to see you again!
