This guide-led experience brings travelers together for a well-paced look at the places and activities in the itinerary. The tour begins from San Ignacio. At Xunantunich, walk through the ceremonial plazas, learn how the ancient city developed, and take in the wide Cayo District views around El Castillo. For cave tubing, follow your guide on the forest approach, receive a safety briefing, and float through the underground river while looking at the limestone formations overhead. Allow about 6 hours for the full experience. This is a shared experience with a listed maximum of 35 travelers. hotel pickup is included. Travelers should have a moderate level of physical fitness. The experience is not wheelchair accessible. It is not recommended for pregnant travelers and travelers with back problems.

Pickup is available only within central San Ignacio and nearby central hotels inside the listed pickup area. Please enter your accommodation name and address when booking. We do not pick up from remote lodges, including Chaa Creek, Black Rock Lodge, or Blancaneaux Lodge. Guests staying outside central San Ignacio must meet the guide at the confirmed central San Ignacio meeting point.
