What kind of operation is this! We booked for a 9 hour private wine tour and they never showed up! I contacted them after 10 minutes of waiting for pick up at hotel - and whoever answered the phone said let me check what’s going on. All I heard was a few people arguing back and forth. They didn’t know the tour was booked and they weren’t coming! Epic fail viator and compnay! If you’re travelling on limited time you should be able to count on a tour you booked to be operating after receiving confirmation!

I went back to Cape Town for a short vacation and felt like a tourist in a city I grew up in. I was able to see and visit picturesque landscapes such as Table mountain and Robben Island; I was also able to go wine tasting in Stellenbosh, to name a few. Whenever I travel to South Africa, I only use Cyril Ntoto, CM Travel and Tours, for all local transfers, and transportation for all tours. My last trip was for 2 weeks.
