Our driver was Peter/Piotr who was very informative on the drive to the salt mine and back. The communications was great throughout, with updates from Jerry by WhatsApp. The guided tour was very good by Katarzyna, although someone should have told us that the walks to the lift was a 20 minute guided walk! Overall the tour was great and very professionally managed.

What a great tour, seamless booking and great fun. I was picked up from my hotel,my driver was dead on time so no waiting around. My driver was piter,who was a very nice guy and funny too! A safe driver and being from Krakow himself he told the passengers a little about the city which was nice! The salt mine itself is amazing and definitely worth a visit, the guide was very knowledgeable and spoke perfect English, just for those who are curious, so understanding isn't a problem. Everything is set out for you and it's absolutely stress free, so I'd say book it for yourself and go along for a good tour. 5⭐ from me!

The mines are interesting and the cathedral at the end is very impressive.The only problem was the guide you couldn't hear him I asked him to turn the volume up but ignored me another person took the earphones off because he had the microphone on his chest and she couldn't hear him either

The driver was friendly and gave us some information on the brief drive to/from the salt mines. He was great! However, the tour guide IN the mine spoke so quickly that we had a difficult time understanding her accented English. We are native English speakers from the US. She sounded like she was reading a script without any emotion or enthusiasm. The mine itself is an interesting visit if you have time. Lots of stairs down to the mine, and a very small elevator up. There was a 15-minute queue for the elevator so watch your time if you decide to eat in the food court and have to meet your tour ride back to Krakow.

Excellent experience. Our guide Jerri was super kind, friendly, and helpful, and even though he didn't speak Italian perfectly, he managed to explain everything in the best way possible. Kudos also to Beata, the guide inside the mine. Recommended tour.
