Whale Shark & Manta Ray Snorkel -(May-Sept) Only 10pp per Boat

Kevin and Humberto were great, it took an hour to get to the whale sharks and everyone on the boat was excited and satisfied with the experience. Would recommend.

We went on an incredible boat trip to see the whale sharks. The captain and our guide Kevin were magnificent people, very kind and hospitable. We were lucky enough to encounter many whale sharks and the day ended with a nice ceviche lunch just a few steps from Playa Norte. I recommend the experience, especially in their company.

Kevin and captain cupo did a fabulous job. You can't find a better outfit. The captain knew how to maneuver the boat, so we were able to jump in the water very close to the whale sharks. And may I say the ceviche was the best on the island

Booked with this company based on reviews at Viator (will not do that again) and believe I paid a premium price for the same experience you can probably find for cheaper. This was a good, but not great experience. Our Captain was an excellent boatsman! Safety standards were high!!! Our guide was good, but hurried, and I thought a little snarky. My BIG issue was the CHEAP poorly function snorkel. You have to move quickly to swim and get photos with the these beautiful beasts. The snorkels provided were difficult to seal with your mouth and would not clear well so you were always swallowing water. I just stopped using it, held my breath and brought my head up for air. About that time you loose site of shark. Most people on this trip had brought their own equipment and had a great experience. So that is my suggestion, bring your own snorkel. And to this vender... Come on, Up your snorkel game.

Awesome experience. On the 45 or so minute ride out to whale sharks, dolphins came to check us out and on the way back saw a really big turtle on the surface. Our guide Kevin did a really great job on photos and filming each couple with the sharks. Each of 5 couples swam 2 times each 5-10 minutes per couple. Homemade ham sandwiches after finished were good and then on way back stopped for a snorkel on the reef and saw a few fish. Last stop North Beach were we ate delicious fresh made on the boat guacamole and cerviche while in waist deep beautiful clear blue water. Highly recommend.

This was the BEST day we had in Cancun!! 20+ whale sharks and a bunch of mantas too! The guides were very knowledgeable about the animals and most importantly, they were very respectful of the animals. We had probably 30-40 mins in the water with them, it was spectacular!!! Our only problem was pick up. We were told to be ready at approximately 7:30am, however apparently due to some scheduling issues with the guides, we were picked up almost 2 hours later. So, we were standing outside in the heat for no reason. It seems like this was probably a one off situation, but I do have to take one star off for that. Despite that, I would absolutely book this tour again if I return to Cancun and would recommend to family & friends.

What an unforgettable day! Swimming with the whale sharks was something our family had dreamed about, and thanks to Kevin and Captain Capu, it exceeded every expectation. She helped us arrange everything through WhatsApp, answering all of our questions quickly and making the entire booking process completely seamless. From start to finish, her communication was friendly, professional, and reassuring, which gave us total confidence that we’d chosen the right company. Kevin was absolutely fantastic from the moment we stepped on the boat. As parents, the way he looked after our children meant everything to us. He was patient, attentive, and always made sure they felt safe and included, which allowed us to relax and enjoy every moment. You could tell he genuinely cared about giving everyone the best possible experience. A huge shout-out to Captain Capu as well. He was incredible with the boat, making the whole trip smooth, safe, and enjoyable. His skill and local knowledge made us feel completely at ease, and together with Kevin they made an amazing team. Then came the main event—swimming alongside these gentle giants. It was one of the most breathtaking experiences we’ve ever had and something we’ll never forget. To top it all off, we finished the trip with the freshest, most delicious ceviche, which was the perfect ending to an epic day on the water. If you’re visiting Isla Mujeres and want a once-in-a-lifetime whale shark experience, don’t hesitate to book with Kevin and Captain Capu. From Jessica’s excellent communication before the trip to Kevin’s outstanding guidance and Captain Capu’s expert handling of the boat, every part of the experience was first class. They went above and beyond to make our family feel welcome, safe, and cared for, and they’ve given us memories we’ll cherish forever. Thank you all for such an incredible adventure!

Amazing!!!! The sharks are so gentle and beautiful! Nothing to fear except sea sickness! Get a patch from your doctor and put it on 24 hours in advance and you will be fine!

We had a once in a lifetime experience. The guides were fantastic. Everyone had multiple times in the water experiencing these majestic creatures. We saw whale sharks, manta rays and a sea turtle.

Absolutely incredible time! Very kid friendly, a wonderful time! We saw SO MANY whale sharks. Even saw dolphins, a sea turtle and manta ray! Snorkeling and swimming off of isla Mujeres was a bonus, plus the wonderful lunch. My son (9) felt right at home!
