My mom and her friend went on this tour to Boston, and they had a wonderful experience. Everything was well organized, smooth, and very enjoyable. The trip felt relaxed and comfortable, with a convenient and comfortable bus, and the hotels were clean and of good quality. The guide, Cici, was cheerful, kind, and incredibly helpful. Since my mom and her friend only speak Russian and don’t speak English or Chinese, Cici made a real effort to communicate with them. She used a translator app and did her best to explain everything and assist them whenever needed. Whenever something required more clarification, she stayed in touch with me by phone so I could help translate. I truly appreciated her care and support—she made sure they felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout the trip. With Cici, you will feel at ease, well supported, and have a genuinely enjoyable time. Thank you so much for such a pleasant and well-organized journey!

SCAM, stress and all too Chinese In general the attractions were nice, but I felt scammed, stressed and badly feed SCAM Can understand that you have to pay tourist tax ($12 per day per person), but we paid money to see something that is usually free to the public eg. Niagara, Watkins Glen State Park, Finger lake. In addition to the $369 (DKK 2541) we had paid in advance, we had to pay an extra $306 (DKK 2100) per person. Although if we had been promised minimum *** hotels, we also spent the night in a dirty ** "hotel" (Red Roof Inn) Stress There was too little time at each attraction. In several places there was only 20 minutes and that included visit to restroom and often the specified meeting wasen't kept anyway. too Chinese We got a really bad "all you can eat Chinese buffet" all 3 days and you were not offered any alternative. You gave 25$ for something that normally cost 15$. We found a plastic lid in the food and were only offered a $10 discount. There was even one on the bus who got food poisening. Kevin, our Chinese guide from Jupiter Legend, was very bad at English, so you only understood very little of what he said and when you asked him to explain again, he came right up to you and stood 2 inch from your face to explain, so you got his spit in your face.
It was a very well managed trip. The experience was great. The tour guide planned it very well, especially Mathew. This tour is very well suited for families

What a scam!!! Terrible company. They charge you admission fees for tourist spots with free entry (e.g. US capitol free tour, Harvard free tour, entry to national parks - Niagara Falls, Watkins Glen State Park). They overcharge you for the meals too ($25 for a $15 meal). The tour guide was misleading, denying you access to Niagara Falls and dropping you off at the hotel when the entry was free. The hotels are terrible too - beware that you will not stay in thee hotel as stated in the itinerary. They even asked the driver (who provided excellent service btw) not to stay with us in our hotel but to sleep in a hotel in the downtown area, forcing him to wake at like 5 am and drive to our hotel the next day. Capitalism to its max.
