Wow, what can I say?What an incredible experience this was over the weekend. From the moment you arrive, the entrance into the bar is brilliant, such a fun and unique concept that immediately sets the tone for the evening. Inside, the moody atmosphere works perfectly, creating a relaxed, comfortable vibe We visited on two separate nights and were looked after by Elliot both times. What an absolute asset to this establishment. He struck the perfect balance between being professional and genuinely friendly, and his knowledge of the cocktails was outstanding. From explaining the concept when we arrived to making sure we had everything we needed throughout the night, he made us feel incredibly welcome and well looked after. (Management please give this guy a pay rise 😂) The cocktails themselves were exceptional. Creative, unique, and unlike your standard cocktail menu. If you're looking for something a little different, this is definitely the place to go. A quick shout out as well to the security on the door, really friendly and welcoming, which was a great first impression. I can't recommend this place enough. If you're in Manchester and fancy a drink or two, make sure you check them out. I've worked in hospitality for 15 years. I don't find myself impressed very often but this weekend I was. We shall return for another alien invasion in the future

Wash House Manchester – Speakeasy Cocktail Bar Review I visited Wash House Manchester on Saturday 30th May, and honestly, it was one of the most memorable cocktail experiences I’ve had. From the moment you step through the quirky “launderette” entrance, the whole place feels like you’ve been let in on a secret — and the atmosphere inside absolutely lives up to it. Our server, Freya, was fantastic. She struck that perfect balance of being friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about the drinks. It really added to the experience and made the evening feel special. The cocktails themselves were incredible. You can tell there’s real craft behind every single one — not just in flavour, but in the presentation, the creativity, and the little details that make each drink feel like its own moment. Every cocktail we tried was delicious, and it’s clear the team puts serious effort into getting everything just right. The vibe in the bar is amazing too: intimate, stylish, and full of character without ever feeling pretentious. It’s the kind of place where you settle in, lose track of time, and just enjoy the whole experience. Overall, Wash House is a brilliant spot for anyone who loves a well‑made cocktail and a unique night out. We’ll definitely be back.

Fairly central location; unique experience; tasty drinks; lovely bouncer; nice vibe! At the top of the stairs, behind a what looks like a wall is a little slide you can go down if you sign a waiver. My friends were a bit dubious when I told them what I’d booked but we all left saying how glad we were I did book!

There's nothing better than the moment your friends go from "you booked what?" to "okay, that was brilliant." The slide tends to have that effect on people - waiver signed, doubts dissolved! I had not heard about this place beforehand. There were lots of surprises that I won't mention here. Cocktails were £15-16, but worth it. All the cocktails werr delicious, presented in a fun way and the theme of conspiracies was an eye opener. Our host was lovely and definitely made the experience better. I can't wait to come back again.

The Washhouse was a last minute decision for a night out, while we were in Manchester. I am so glad that we did, a fun experience from start to finish. The drinks were decently priced and very well made. We were very impressed by the atmosphere, the staff and the cocktails! We will definitely be back and be sure to tell our friends and family!
