When i booked the tour, i was very curious to learn more about the folklore surrounding Vlad the Impaler, and Transylvania in general. I was surprised that no option was availiable to visit the Poenari Fortress and Bran Castle on the same tour, and then i found out about Transylvania tours. I made my reservation on the spot for the next day, and was lucky enough to get a quick positive response. On top of that, i got the chance to go on a private tour with Adrian (the guide), as two people cancelled at the last minute. Not only did the tour live up to my expectations, but it turned out to be one of the best tours i have ever been on. Many thanks to Adrian for making this possible and for going out of his way so many times to offer such a memorable experience. If you are looking for a special tour with many stories and tips from a true local - born and raised in Braşov - who truely takes this to heart, go for it !
