A fantastic and highly recommended experience. The visit was very well organized from beginning to end. The hotel pickup service is very convenient and allows you to make much better use of your time. Both the visit to the Royal Palace and the Prado Museum were very interesting, and having a guide allowed us to learn many details that we surely would have overlooked on our own. The service was excellent, friendly, and professional, and we felt well taken care of at all times. A perfect option if you want to see two of Madrid's must-see places in a comfortable, complete way without worrying about the organization or the tickets. Without a doubt, an experience we would recommend to anyone visiting Madrid.

Ignacio was an excellent tour guide. He was prompt in meeting us and made getting to each location easy and stress-free. He was incredibly knowledgeable and brought both the Royal Palace and the Prado Museum to life with his explanations. My company wanted to offer a VIP client from the United States a special visit around Madrid and we decided to trust Best Madrid Tours to organize it. My wife and I had a private tour with Ignacio of the Prado and the Royal Palace. Ignacio is a great tour guide. He is a professor and we learned so much from him and felt like students in his class as we toured the Prado. He is very experienced and guided us through the Prado in an efficient manner hitting all of the highlights. He had excellent answers to all of our questions. We also enjoyed our tour of the Royal Palace as Ignacio pointed out many details and gave great background that gave us a real sense of the place and its history. Ignacio is personable and professional. He is more about the substance than the style. Our tour with him was one of the true highlights of our visit to Spain and I highly recommend him if you are looking to learn about Spanish art and history.

Much more than a guided tour I needed my clients to have a really good time, and the challenge was not simple: my guide Ignacio had the mission of leading a heterogeneous group of Canadians and Americans, with very different ages and interests. His way of explaining, approachable and brilliant, together with his gaze always attentive to each person in the group, made everyone feel included and enjoy the experience. His knowledge of the royal collections, the history is exceptional, but his greatest virtue is his smile, knowing how to convey it with naturalness, enthusiasm, and sensitivity. An extraordinary guide to whom I would entrust my clients again without hesitation.

We booked the private tour of the Royal Palace and the Prado Museum as a family and we could not have made a better decision. Going with the family sometimes requires certain logistics, so having the convenience of transportation and pickup included was a real success from the very first minute. But, without a doubt, the best part of the whole experience was our guide, Nacho. He is a simply wonderful guide: passionate, entertaining, and with incredible patience and warmth. He knew how to engage all the members of the family equally, adapting to our pace and turning the history and art of Madrid into something very fun and interesting for everyone. He managed to make both the visit to the Palace and the Prado Museum come to life. If you are thinking about taking this tour as a family, I recommend it 100%.
