Kadokura San was a warm, kind person with a good energy. He made the lesson a fun and engaging experience, mixing in some trivia and general knowledge with a presentation. My wife and I enjoyed it immensely. The sushi was delicious, the view of Mt. Fuji is stunning, and while the amount of food you prepare is more than enough, Kadokura San offered to make us more if we wanted. This was a fun, unique and lighthearted experience, perfect for couples of small groups of friends. If you enjoy eating sushi, you should give this a shot. Gochi sou sama deshita!

カップルで体験させていただきました。室内は畳にアンティークの和風家具が並び、古民家調の落ち着いた雰囲気で、大きな窓からは晴れていれば富士山の絶景が望めます。講師の門倉さんはとても気さくな人柄で、軽快なトークに引き込まれます。築地や銀座で寿司職人を長年経験されていたとのことで、普段は馴染みのないお寿司屋さんの裏話が聞けるのもとても興味深かったです。まずはお寿司に関する豆知識やクイズコーナー、そしてお寿司の模型を使った練習の後はいよいよメインの寿司づくりになります。実際に門倉さんが丁寧に握りながら説明してくださるのを見ながら、様々なネタを約１５貫以上、握らせてもらいます。ネタごとの気をつけるポイントを教わりつつ、どれも楽しく握ることができました。そして試食。ネタもとても新鮮で、満腹になる程の量があり、実際のお寿司屋さんに行ったのと同じくらいの満足感がありました。大変失礼ながら、寿司づくりの体験というと外国人向けの観光体験を想像してしまいがちですが、こちらの提供するサービスは非常に本格的で、日本人でも十分楽しめる内容になっています。大切な人と、特別な日のサプライズ等にも最適なのではないでしょうか。非日常体験を味わえました。また機会がありました利用させていただきたいと思います。 Here you can experience authentic sushi making.Lecturer Kadokura is professional sushi chefs active in Tsukiji and Ginza in Tokyo.He is gentle, polite and interesting to talk.You can learn about Japanese sushi culture.And the sushi here fresh and very delicious here.The taste that can be beaten by famous storesPlease experience sushi making while watching Mt.
