Fantastic classical concert in beautiful St Anne’s Church! Performance was works from Mozart and Beethoven. Excellent musicians!
A wonderful intimate music experience in Vienna in the most beautiful surrounds. A short concert of 70 minutes left my non musical and interested husband wanting more and coming away agreeing it was well worth the time and money !
Front row was full more than 30 minutes before concert started. The music is great no matter where you sit; but prob won’t be able to the 4 musicians.
Very beautiful and relaxing experience!
The church is hardly visible as you walk along the street. But once inside, it is so beautiful! Gold accents abound, and the blue marble is stunning! The ceiling fresco dates back to the 1750s. The Æon Quartet played just three works--Haydn, Mozart, and Mendelsohn--and then an encore. The concert lasted 1.25 hours. The music was beautifully performed. And the church was a beautiful setting.
Beautiful church, intelligent selection of musical pieces. Talented musicians, very dedicated. Enjoyed very much.
A well played preformance by the quartet in the small and beautiful church of St. Anne :) Would recommend to others
My wife and I attended a concert in St. Anne’s Church during our trip to Vienna. The church is a sumptuous sanctuary and a wonderful setting for a classical concert. It was an enjoyable evening.
A very accessable incredibly beautiful ornate church which added to the atmosphere of the concert. The musicians played with passion which was wonderful to hear especially as they were pieces of music I was unfamiliar with.
A wonderful evening and one of the highlights of our visit to Vienna. The concert took place in the beautiful St. Anne’s Church, and the setting alone made the experience unforgettable. The church’s intimate atmosphere and stunning architecture provided the perfect backdrop for the performance. The string quartet was outstanding, performing a wonderful selection of works by Mozart, Vivaldi, and other great composers with exceptional skill and passion. The acoustics in the church were excellent, allowing every note to resonate beautifully. The tickets were also very reasonably priced, making this an incredible value for such a high-quality performance in such a spectacular venue. Whether you’re a classical music enthusiast or simply looking for a memorable evening in Vienna, I would highly recommend this concert.
