Airport Transfers in Victoria Falls
When we arrived in Victoria Falls Airport our driver and guide Bheki was waiting for us. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He delivered us to our accommodation safely. Another driver delivered us back to the airport and arrived right on time for pick up

Disappointed
It was an extremely disappointing experience.From booking as the arrival time and destination was not asked for . We arrived with no transport awaiting us.The agents although they tried there was no resolution until l requested the shuttle number and reached out to them.The only plus sign is that in the end were taken to our destination safely and kudos to the driver he was exceptional.

Bad transport service
We have been using Viator for most of our booking for safari and South African countries and to be honest, it has been very and truly good and commendable except for the transport service provided by this company for our transport from vic falls safari to vic fall airport. The driver was completely unhelpful and even lifting a finger to pull our bags to his van. He simply ignore us and when to talk to other group who was not even using his services. We have to put up our bags and at throughout the trip, he was very quiet. Upon arrrivng at the airport, he didn’t even bring our bags down and just ignore us We will not and strongly not recommend this company for the bad transportation they provided.
