Beautiful tour in Venice with Venice Tours with Kids. The guide was patient and very good with the children. Two hours spent without stress, between curiosity, games and many interesting things.
Excellent tour as it kept my 8 amd 10 year old engaged and not bored. First time my 8 year old did not complain about his feet aching even after 2.5 hours of walking and she standing! Highly recommended for travelers with young kids! Veronica was awesome!
Our Venice with Kids guide was very nice. She made it possible for my ten year old son to enjoy a tour about politics. She provided us with a lot of information but it wasn't overwhelming. She catered the tour to our energy level.
Veronica was an excellent tour guide. The kids warmed to her quickly and loved the fun treasure hunt. A great way to engage the whole family in Venice history and culture.
Excellent treasure-hunt walking tour of Venice for families! Our tour guide, Federica, turned our tour into a game that kept the kids' interest throughout the morning as we explored this beautiful, sparkling city on the water. Highlights were the fish market and the Aqua Alta bookstore, both of which we would have missed completely if we had not gone on the tour. We learned a lot about the history of Venice, including how and why it was built on the water, and we had a lot of fun! Definitely recommend this walking tour for anyone visiting Venice with children, even if it's not your first visit.
When I first looked at Venice I was overwhelmed with amount of things to see and do and wasn't sure where to start. We travelled as a party of three (2 adults and our 11 year old daughter) for a short break and wanted to see as much as possible for the little time we were there. I had a look on Trip Advisor and booked this tour off the recommendations it received. I couldn't be more pleased. We met our amazing local guide Federica at the designated place on time and the tour started there. We were the only ones on the tour and it made it feel so exclusive. Her English was first class and she was so friendly and welcoming. To make this tour more interesting for kids she made it into a small competition and awarded my daughter with some nice prizes as it went along. She was very informative and was more than able to answer any questions. A trip through the fish market was enjoyable and we may have missed it if we were on our own. The tour was great value for money and lasted a good 2 and a half hours, walking down the narrow streets and squares, stopping for some amazing Tiramisu on the way, ending in the breath taking Piazza San Marco. All in all, a first class way to see the fabulous Venice. Highly recommended!
