Thank you for your feedback. Just to clarify, this is not a dedicated whale-watching tour, and whale sightings are never guaranteed. We were actually very fortunate to find whales during your trip and made every effort to give everyone the opportunity to see them while maintaining a respectful distance. I’m sorry you weren’t able to get the perfect photo, but I do hope you can appreciate that we were able to find whales for you to see in the first place. Wildlife encounters are unpredictable, and unfortunately we can’t control where or when a whale surfaces or guarantee everyone a perfect photograph. We appreciate you joining us and hope you’ll remember the experience for the wildlife encounter and beautiful scenery rather than just the difficulty of getting a particular photo.
