An 8-seater transfer should provide sufficient space for both passengers and their baggage to travel safely and comfortably. We completely understand your disappointment and discomfort when members of your group were forced to hold luggage during the journey and when seating arrangements became uncomfortable due to the limited space available. Furthermore, we deeply regret the issues you experienced with the return transfer. A delay for an early morning airport pickup can understandably create significant stress and concern about missing a flight.
