The city of Srebrenica is located around two and a half hours from the city of Sarajevo. While you are able to enjoy the scenery we will start our presentation with detailed stories, chronologically ordered so you are able to understand a complex matter of "Yugoslav wars" which is crucial for your understanding of Srebrenica genocide. Our first stop is in front of battery factory, used by UN forces during the war in Bosnia. There we will be meeting the curator and experience first-hand story about the survival in Srebrenica enclave. Museum is equipped with multimedia facilities with selection of movies, that will help you understand events that led to the worst massacre in Europe since World War II. From Museum of Srebrenica Genocide, we continue to Memorial room, where you will be able to hear the stories of the victims which were made by a local journalist. Victims that were found and identified are resting at Memorial cemetery. Once we visited Potocari Memorial Centre, we continue our journey to the city of Srebrenica. Once the industrial leader in the area is now a ghost city. Srebrenica is also the location for the lunch, as there are not a lot of restaurants nearby Potocari Memorial Centre.

Kenan is a fantastic guide: incredibly knowledgeable, always courteous, and very entertaining. And he can sing, too! In short: He deserves all 5 stars! Thanks for everything, Kenan!
Kenan was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about making sure we had the best possible experience. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and his local knowledge really added something special to the trip. He took the time to explain the places we visited, answered all our questions and made us feel completely comfortable throughout. He was punctual, patient and incredibly helpful, and we never felt rushed at any point. What really stood out was the personal attention he gave us. It felt much more like travelling with a knowledgeable local friend than simply having a guide. His warmth, professionalism and attention to detail made the whole experience memorable. I would recommend Kenan without hesitation to anyone visiting the area. An exceptional guide and a genuinely lovely person. 10/10 – thank you, Kenan, for an unforgettable experience!
A visit to Srebrenica is essential to understand what happened there in July 1995. You visit the memorial and the interpretation center-museum, located in the old warehouses where the Dutchbat troops were stationed, in Potočari, right in front of the memorial. All the documentary information about those tragic events is there. Regarding the visit, there is a flaw in what is offered versus reality: it is true that they pick you up and drop you off at the hotel (in our case, Kenan was the guide). But no water or snacks are offered, nor were we in a vehicle with a Wi-Fi connection, just as is advertised. In short, the visit is a must so as not to forget how far human evil can go.
Great tour, very emotional and informative. A must when in Bosnia! Kenan was an amazing guide. He answered all our questions and even gave us recommendations on where to go in Sarajevo. Highly recommended!
Many thanks to Kenan for the tour to Srebrenica today as well as to Edin and Agan for the two other tours I had booked last week!
Kenan was fantastic..learned a lot!..would book him again when i go back with husband!..
Keenan was a very considerate and knowledgable host. He answered any questions we had fully. It’s quite a difficult trip but we felt it was important to be aware and pay our respects to the fallen.
The museum was located at the former UN Dutch Battalion Headquarters. The exhibition is well designed. Worth a visit if you are interested to learn about the atrocities that took place in July 1995. A special thanks to our guide Kenan, who is very helpful and happy to answer all our questions.
It was a great experience, with good knowledge from the tour guide. I did have to contact the tour operator to confirm my pick-up location. Overall, a recommended trip.
A truly beautiful and touching experience
