Wonderful family experience.

Fantastic experience. They accommodated vegans, people with nut allergies, and people with celiac at all meals. Until it rained, I regretted booking a tent and wished I slept under the stars in the cozy swags they provide. Even our teenager didn’t mind getting up early, because the hikes were so special.

Good budget tour

Highlights - Sunrise and sunset over Uluru, walking around the base of Uluṟu and Kings Canyon is Spectacular! It was cold in July. Bring extra layers for early morning starts and for at night. The tents are basic but comfortable. The food was average.

Unforgettable experience

An unforgettable experience! Thanks to Darcy, our guide, this was a memorable journey to some of NT‘s natural treasures: sunrise+sunset at Uluru, the great mountain architecture of the Olgas, the beautiful rock formations and waterholes at Kings Canyon.

Red centre experience

It was worth the experience. I never regretted booking this tour. I booked for 3days, 2nights eco tent. I loved the proper sheets, duvet and bed on my booking. I got a battery power pack in my tent which I do not need to compete with others in the power outlet. The tour operator picked and dropped us off on our accommodations in Alice springs. The whole trip was worth it as I enjoyed the view and experience. I met a lot of people which I did not feel I was alone in the trip. It was well timed trip by waking up early morning for breakfast to catch sunrises of different locations such as Uluru and Kings Canyon. The food was good and we can have seconds if we are still hungry and lots of snack and toilet breaks along the way. The tour guide was nice and approachable.

Roughing it Out

The main itinerary covers the walk through Kata Tjuṯa which is a relatively easy 1 hr walk. Day 2 walk around the base of Uluru that takes around 3 hours. Be prepared to wake up very early. Easy and great walk up close to the Rock. Day 3 walk in King’s Canyon. The first of 3 options is a moderate 3hr walk with many steps to climb up and down. Can be taxing for seniors. Although they specified to carry 3L of water each, some walkers were not even carrying any. Perhaps this is only necessary in the hot season. I hardly needed 1L in the July season. The meals provided were very basic, less than I expected. There is no electricity in the tents. You need to rely on torches. Best to bring a portable lamp. It was extremely cold at night. Best to pile on comforter, blankets which were provided. Shared bathrooms are 50m to 100m walk from the campsite. The best part: awesome view of the Milky Way display in the night sky. If you are prepared to rough it out a bit, then the nature is a great reward

Excellent

You don't interact with indigenous people; I understood that you would have the opportunity to do so, but that was not the case; however, the tour was totally worth it, highly recommended.

Great combo

Was great to travel from Alice Springs so I could see the landscape and Mt Connor along the way. Mt Connor looks amazing. Camping grounds in Yulara had great views of Uluru and Kata Tjuṯa. Tents were great with proper beds and linen….also had battery packs to charge mobiles, etc which was helpful. I went at the end of June so was cold but still warm in the beds. Also cooler for the walks and hardly any flys which was great! Lots of food so you could have seconds or even thirds! Tour guide Ryan was great, very knowledgeable and easy going. This tour is an excellent way to see the three different sites. Definitely recommend!

Perfect Red Centre Experience

This trip is exactly as clearly described on the website. We had an amazing guide, Lisa, who made the experience all the more enjoyable. Great vibes, music & we really appreciated her accurate toilet ratings! Everything was covered in the price paid upfront with only extra spending money needed for shop snacks, although plenty were provided by the tour. We did 2 nights swag camping which was the perfect amount of time. Sleeping under the stars will be unforgettable. The small group size was great to get to know everyone. All the best to the new recruit, James, who seems like he’s made for the job!
