Ryan was THE BEST!!
Our tour guide was Ryan; of our 3 tours, he was the ‘highlight’ guide. He was organized, professional, courteous, very knowledgeable, humorous, and met all of our needs during the tour. He was able to answer every question from the guests in our group. We loved his story about his education and then succumbing to doing something he loves-guiding people on tours so he keeps moving and has the personal interactions he really enjoys.

Excellent trip and very helpful guide
The day trip was excellent. Kim Jin was our tour guide. He was very helpful and punctual. I am scared of heights. Kim helped me go through the Capilona bridge and was with me throughout where I had to pass through heights. 5 stars to Kim and his caring nature. Vancouver is very beautiful and highly recommend this trip.

Informative experience
Ryan Li was very good, was fluent in both English and Chinese. He was very informative with regard to historical info and also current social contexts. He was always respectful and tried to accommodate us no matter what. I would him with him again

Great Vancouver Tour
The admission fee was misleading, not including the excursions that were apparently optional. However, Ryan Li was fantastic, was great about accommodating both language needs, and thoroughly explaining all the sites that we went to. Ryan was great about asking what we did and checking in on how we were doing, great service!
