We had an excellent experience. The visit was very well run, from the van pick up, to our arrival and directives provided, to the specific activities, and back to the van. Lovely friendly people at every stop. The reindeer sled ride and dog sleds were fun and led by friendly, informative staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience. We would recommend to anyone.
This activity was absolutely amazing! - The location was super convenient — just a short distance from Levi Center, with pick-up right from Burger King. - The staff were incredibly friendly, and the entire experience was seamless and stress-free. - We got to enjoy both a reindeer and a husky ride, each lasting about 10–15 minutes, which was the perfect amount of time to take in the stunning scenery across the frozen lake. - There was also a lovely break in a cozy little hut, where we warmed up by the fireplace with hot chocolate and toasted marshmallows. - To top it off, we even got to play with adorable husky puppies and feed the reindeer — such a special highlight of the day!
