Our standard itinerary for this tour is carefully designed as: Tukad Cepung - Besakih Temple - Lunch as optional choose - Tirta Gangga - Lempuyang Temple. This route is planned for a very specific reason based on our years of experience: to avoid the very long queue at Lempuyang Temple (Heaven Gate) in the morning, which can be 2-3 hours waiting time, and to ensure all destinations can be comfortably visited in daylight in one day. Upon your request on the tour day, you asked to change the itinerary and start from Lempuyang Temple first, reversing the entire route. Our guide respectfully explained at that time that this new route would result in significant waiting time in the queue at Lempuyang in the morning, and that due to limited daylight, some places from the original itinerary might not be able to be visited after sunset. We fully followed your requested itinerary as you instructed, after informing you of the consequences very clearly. Our guide also continued to remind you about the tour duration throughout the day due to the new route you requested, always with your comfort and safety in mind. We always aim to give our guests flexibility, but we also have the responsibility to inform you about the local situation - traffic, temple queues, and sunset time - which we know better from operating this tour daily. We are sorry that the result of the requested change did not meet your expectations. We have taken note of your feedback to improve how we communicate these important details in the future.
