It’s one of the most beautiful places on Koh Samui with the virgin jungle and pretty Tan Rua waterfall. On the tall tree, at the height of 20 meters, there is a cozy cafe where you can admire the views, drink natural coffee, or have a snack. To get to the cafe, you should pass the suspension bridge. The zipline is one of the most beautiful on Koh Samui, as it is stretched among the trees. It includes 8 cables with a total length of 1200 meters. The length of each cable is 70 – 400 meters. - Please note that luggage is not permitted on our shared vehicles, as space is reserved for passengers only. Should you need to bring luggage, we recommend booking a private transfer.
- Transfers are available to the same meeting point only. If you wish to be dropped off elsewhere, an additional fee of 500–1,000 THB will be charged depending on the location.
- Playing Time: 2 hrs. Total tour time since starting at pick-up time takes around 4 hours.
- Children under 8 years are not permitted on the ride. Participants must be between the ages of 9-60 yrs old.
- Participants must be able to reach up to the height of at least 120 cm.
- Participants must also not weigh over 120kg to join the activity
- It is NOT advisable that elder people above 61-year-old participate. If you are pregnant or have back, neck, acrophobia, joint or muscular problems, you should carefully consider whether or not to participate

- This activity is not suitable for guests arriving by cruise ship or large boat.

- The visit to Tree Bridge Cafe is a post-activity rest stop. Time spent at the cafe depends on the group's pace and scheduled transfer times.

- Guests wishing to extend their stay at the cafe beyond the scheduled return transfer may do so, but will be responsible for arranging their own transportation back to the hotel.
- The core experience of this tour is the zipline adventure. All scheduled platforms and safety briefings are prioritized to ensure a complete and safe experience.

Really fun family experience for 2 adults, 2 teens and a 9 yo. Pickup/drop-off from residence was clearly communicated and on-tie. Zipline experience itself was very fun and unique. The Jungle Cafe for a drink afterwards was a great location.
Great fun experience! Jungle cafe was very scenic and a good place to chill after hurtling through the ziplines. Kids all really enjoyed themselves. Guides were good.

Don't go there. It's a disorganized gang. Staff very unfriendly and inappropriate. We had to wait more than an hour before we could start. The “supervisors” find themselves especially interesting. Several inappropriate comments were made and I thought that safety was not paramount. I quit early because I was completely done. A travesty.

Pickup was delayed. The team at the zip line park was great. A slightly longer stay at the café would have been nice; pickup happened relatively quickly after finishing the zip line.
It would have been a 5 star review! We had an absolutely superb experience at Tree Zip Bridge. The activity itself was fantastic and the staff were excellent — so friendly, engaging and reassuring, and they made every member of our group feel completely comfortable throughout. We genuinely couldn’t fault them. Unfortunately, the experience was slightly soured at the end. We went back to the main area to have a drink and relax for around 30 minutes while waiting for our cars. During this time, Israeli music began being played extremely loudly, with a group of customers dancing, shouting and waving an Israeli flag. I want to be very clear that I have absolutely no issue with people celebrating, dancing, enjoying themselves or displaying their national flag. However, in a shared tourist venue welcoming visitors from all over the world, the volume and intensity of it made the atmosphere feel uncomfortable and very different from the relaxed environment we had been enjoying beforehand. It’s such a shame because everything else about our visit was genuinely brilliant, particularly the wonderful staff who looked after us during the activity. I would still recommend Tree Zip Bridge for the experience itself, but I do feel communal areas should remain welcoming and comfortable for guests of all nationalities and backgrounds.
After getting off the minibus taxi, we were not told where to go, so made our way to the entrance boardwalk. We were fitted with harnesses, helmet and gloves, but staff doing this did not speak to us. After being allocated 2 staff to take us round the ziplines, they were not friendly, didn't smile, with limited interaction and replies when we spoke to them. After reading some great reviews I was looking forward to a fun morning, plus some support as I'm afraid of heights but wanted to try this experience with my family. We were rushed onto each zip line, and when I was nervous, there was no word of encouragement. The positive parts of the experience were the amazing views and the tree cafe location.

Efficient and good layout, with enough information. Very friendly people with a good mood and the guides were helpful when it came to filming and photos, and it seemed like a rush. Amazing fun experience with friends, and absolutely something you can do with family!
