Itinerary
This is a lake of amazing beauty, surrounded by mountains and pine forests. If you wish, you can take a boat or catamaran ride around the lake. There is also a cafe where you can have lunch. The menu includes pilaf, lagman, manti, shish kebab, and salads.
The water here, due to its purity, is almost invisible, and the surrounding landscape with mountains and green meadows will complement the charm of this place. We will travel to the lake from the village in UAZ vehicles and, at your request, on horses with experienced escorts.
Charyn Canyon is one of the most impressive natural attractions in Kazakhstan. You will admire its grandiose cliffs, gorges and bright red formations created by nature millions of years ago. In addition to the Valley of Castles, you will enjoy such locations as: the Charyn River, the Black and Moon Canyon.

The places we visited are awesome. But at the end of our tour, the guide didn't drop us the same place she picked us up. Instead she let us go and told us go and take a taxi
The tour guide, Maksat (aka Max), was a great personality and guide for the tour, with a lot of energy and interesting facts, games and advice to make the tour enjoyable and worthwhile. His English and Russian were at a great standard!

Never again!!! Not a comfortable bus, at +40 in the shade, no air conditioning. Despite notifying them within 5 days that one adult would not be coming, at first there was no answer for a long time, and then on the day of the tour, a notification that the money would not be refunded. It is an outrage!
Everything was very well organised from the transportation to the itinerary. The schedule was well balanced giving us enough time at each location to enjoy the scenery, take photos, and simply appreciate the beauty of nature without feeling rushed. Thank you to our guide, Luba. She was absolutely wonderful, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and full of positive energy. She shared interesting facts about every destination, made everyone feel welcome, and was always happy to help whether it was answering questions or taking photos for us. Absolutely wonderful experience! The tour was well organized, the guide was friendly and knowledgeable, and every part of the trip was enjoyable. Great value for money and I would highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting the area.
While the tour was good and also the tour guide. The bus had a lot of problems that needs to be fix. You are on the bus at least 10 hours of the trip and it was insanely hot inside as the AC did not work. The windows cannot be opened. The group pics are all from the tour company. The suspension on the bus is horrible. Any uneven pavement the bus will rock like a boat, so if you get motion or car sick do not take. Take another one that’s not panda.
I truly had an amazing experience traveling with Panda Travel KZ. The entire trip was comfortable, well-organized, and flexible, which made it even more enjoyable. BUT be careful with the guide named RUSTAM (ig: rustamgrz). He was friendly on the tour toward female tourists then asked them to hang out after the tour and had an inappropriate behavior.
I loved it! I went with a friend but made many other friends along the way, we started around 5am and we were back in the city around 10pm, if you have time I definitely recommend. I'm a British-Cypriot.
