Transfert Aéroport (RAK) vers Centre ville Free Waiting Time

We had informed them about our flight change due to technical problems and received confirmation that the transfer would be arranged. However, at 12:30 a.m., nobody showed up, and no one answered our calls until more than an hour later. Even then, there was not even an apology for the missed transfer. Not recommended.

The quality of the Airport - Riad transfer is top-notch! I thank HAMID, who was very generous and respectful; we were even able to ask him for other outlets, and he always responded! Nothing to say about the driver!!

It worked out well. At first we were a bit confused, we gave the vendor our flight arrival time (and our flight was on time) without considering customs line and line at the baggage xray when exiting the terminal. They only wait a limited timeframe. When we found the meeting spot we were told we were late and our driver left! There was a moment of panic, but then another driver took us immediately. If I had understood the policy, I would have given a later arrival time to factor in for the lines (which actually moved fairly well and we only had carry on, so nothing checked).

I would not book with this company again. First, their customer support is essentially nonexistent. After making the reservation, the number of people in our group changed, so we no longer needed the larger vehicle and wanted to downgrade to a regular car. The website did not allow edits, so I contacted them through both their website form and WhatsApp support asking either to modify the booking or cancel it so I could rebook. The reservation had free cancellation with sufficient notice, so this should have been straightforward. They simply ignored the request. No reply at all. Since the price difference was small, I eventually stopped trying and kept the original booking, but the lack of response was already a bad sign. The pickup experience was even worse. The day before, we received an SMS confirming the pickup at 11:00 and stating there was 15 minutes of free waiting time. Anyone who has been in the Medina knows that walking a short distance can take longer than expected, but in our case we arrived at the pickup point at 11:05. 5 minutes later than schedule. I repeat: Five minutes. The driver immediately started speaking to us in an aggressive and hostile tone, insisting that we were late. When I replied that it had been five minutes, he aggressively repeated that the schedule was 11:00. I pointed out that the message clearly said there were 15 minutes of waiting time and that we had used only five. His response was: “Yeah, yeah, next time I’ll give you 15 minutes.” It was unnecessarily rude and confrontational. During our time in Marrakech we encountered plenty of persistent sellers and guides, but this was easily the most unpleasant interaction we had. Poor communication and extremely unprofessional behavior from the driver. I would recommend choosing another transfer company. P.S.: Selecting the "what did you do" on this trip advisor review, the title appears as "Transfer (...) Free Waiting Time" - the irony speaks for itself.

We had used the same company on arrival and found we did not have enough details on our Riad location, not realising that most are surrounded by souks not accessible by taxis. We were careful to give a better brief for the return transfer, suggesting the nearest pick-up point and Mohamed Najib was waiting for us at the appointed time and sent us an image of his cab. We booked an airport transfer from Marrakech Airport to our hotel and had a very bad experience. Our flight was delayed, which was obviously not our fault. We arrived right at sunset during Ramadan, and the driver decided to make us wait so he could eat first. In the communication beforehand we were told it would be a 10-minute wait. In reality, we stood there for around 30 minutes. We fully respect Ramadan, but there were many other drivers around us who were waiting for their customers. He clearly chose to prioritize himself over the job he had agreed to do. When he finally showed up, he greeted us in an unfriendly way and, when he noticed we were unhappy, his attitude got even worse. The ride itself was the worst part. He drove extremely fast through the city, well over 100 km/h, and we had a small child in the car. We did not feel safe at all. Overall, poor communication, disrespectful behavior, and dangerous driving. We cannot recommend this provider and would strongly advise others not to book.
