First of all the guy showed up late, secondly the van was not as advertised. It was an older van, the arm rests on the seats were damaged and the flooring was damaged. I had to walk, with luggage, 5 to 7 minutes out to a parking lot instead of being picked up at arrivals. The driver was friendly enough and he got me to my destination safely but I would recommend you clarify the type of vehicle you want before buying this service.
I did the private car service for me and three family members to Bayahibe La Romana from Punta Cana Airport you need to meet them outside from the airport they had a sign with my name just make sure you have proof you paid it 😊

Excellent Shuttle Service! Communication with Ramon was constant from the moment we arrived until we left. Punctual, very comfortable cars and Service other than friendly. Plus a reasonable price!
