Most transport options we saw were from Victoria Falls airport to a hotel in Zimbabwe. However, our hotel was in Zambia. This requires stamps at two immigration stops each time you cross over and can be confusing if you do not have a guide who can transport you properly. By booking this option, the driver coordinated both my passport stamps and had two separate vehicles for the Zimbabwe side and Zambia side to make crossing over smoother. So if you do need to cross from one side to the other, this is the best way to do so. Our driver on the Zambia side who coordinated all of this with me via WhatsApp was named Ricky. He is awesome. He also helped us plan a trip the same day we landed to see both the Zimbabwe and Zambia sides of Victoria Falls and took us to Lookout Cafe for beautiful views. If you take cash (USD or Zambian Kwacha) they will give you a cheaper price also.
