I spoke to the local flight schedule agency. They confirmed. Except that on the day of arrival they simply forgot to pick us up. I had to call them again. Leaving the airport almost 2 o'clock in the morning. Bad experience.
No show driver. Waited 40 min at Fez airport. Called the office of the company no answer. Texted the co # no reply. Booked through Viator. Called them, they were useless. Last time I'll ever use them. Don't need xtra unecessary stress while traveling.
My flight got delayed and we landed late. Driver waited for us and dropped us off at the hotel. Excellent service! 5 stars!

We had an excellent transfer service from the airport to our hotel during our family trip to Morocco. Despite our flight delay, the driver waited patiently and was incredibly helpful upon our arrival. They were kind and attentive to our entire family, including the children. The journey itself was a wonderful experience, with engaging and insightful conversations along the way. The car was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped. The team accompanying us was not only experienced but also highly knowledgeable about the beautiful city of Fes, sharing fascinating information during the ride. One of the highlights was receiving a SIM card right away, allowing us to connect to the internet within minutes of sitting in the car—such a thoughtful and practical service. The pricing is very fair for the quality of service provided and even feels like great value for money. Our journey was smooth with no traffic, and it set the tone for a fantastic trip. Great experience, nice to arrive in Morocco and not have to worry about haggling for a taxi or getting lost on the way to our Riad. Ily was a wonderful driver and waited patiently for us when our flight arrived late. The car couldn't make it through old town to our Riad so they walked us the rest of the way. I felt safe, which was the nicest part.
