Luigi was fantastic! Very knowledgeable guide with a great personality ! The only downside was the meeting point on our ticket said the Venice Tours office which was not correct. We were never advised that it was a 15 minute walk away and that meeting point was confusing as well. Luigi was diligent and searched for us otherwise we would have made the trip. Definitely call ahead to make sure of the meeting place.
Dear Guest, We appreciate your feedback. Thank you and we hope to see you in Venice again. Regards, Customer Care Team
Given how crowded the city and transportation is, it was nice to have a small group of four. Although the boat captain wasn’t an official tour guide, he answered many questions we had. He also helped us to locate places where we could see Murano glassblowing and Burano lace making.
Murano, Burano and Torcello, all beautiful. Enjoyed the uniqueness of the boat and the tour very much!
Great trip and Fransico was very knowledgeable.

Luigi was absolutely wonderful with his history whilst taking us on a walk to the boat. Francesco was amazing and our afternoon travelling to Murano and Burano was entertaining and very pleasant. This was an experience that we were so glad to have had and worth every single dollar. Thank you so much!!

Was a wonderful experience, we got to see the factory of glass in murano, visit a beautiful church and bell tower in Torcello and walk around Burano, but what made our experience special was or tour guide Luigi, he was the best, he told us details of every corner of Venice and the islands, he took the time To teach my son how his boat works and let us take our time in every place.
Dear Guest, We appreciate you feedback. Thank you and we hope to see you in Venice again. Regards, Customer Care Team
We had a lovely afternoon viewing the islands off of Venice with just enough time in Murano to see the glass demonstration and Burano for cocktails at a local bar. Michael was a great host explaining the local history and culture. Highly recommend

My 18 YO daughter and I took this boat tour yesterday, and it was lovely! There were eight of us in total as passengers, with Luigi, our tour guide and boat captain. His boat is a 40+ year old wooden boat. Before we got to the dock, he showed us some interesting spots on the way. Out on the water, he pointed out various small islands and told us about them. We stopped at a glassmaking facility on Murano, and we watched a couple of glassmakers work. The showroom was impressive- too bad we are not rich! After that we spent time on Burano, which was very charming. We enjoyed chatting with the other passengers. The only regret is I should have put on some sunscreen sooner (I got a bit sunburned). It was a wonderful day. Highly recommend!
