Pickup Locations & Times
Private pickup and drop-off are available from hotels, apartments, Airbnb accommodations, and other requested locations within Tokyo’s 23 wards. Please provide your accommodation name, complete address, and an active WhatsApp number after booking. For hotel pickups, your English-speaking driver-guide will meet you in the lobby or at the main entrance. For Airbnb properties or accommodations without a lobby, we will arrange a convenient and safe nearby meeting point. Only your private group will travel in the vehicle, and no other guests will join the tour. One day before the tour, we will contact you via WhatsApp to confirm the pickup time and share the driver’s name, contact details, and vehicle information. Please be ready five minutes before the confirmed pickup time. The starting time may be adjusted when requested in advance.

It was our first time in Japan and we didnt know much about the subway system in Japan, so we booked this tour instead. He picked us up in a Van, which was spacious. Our driver was good in driving and he followed road rules. He helped us with our luggage and dropped us off at the end of the tour at our hotel.
Aabu was our driver and Guide. He manage our luggage and ask us to sit inside the Van. He was helpful, friendly and very kind. He give us plenty of time to spend at each location where we go to. Thank you for wonderful experience, highly recommend.
This was our first time in Tokyo, and booking this private tour was the best decision we made. Our driver-guide was fantastic—patient, funny, and full of local knowledge.
