The 5 of us took the Tokyo all day city tour on 6/4/26. Our driver, Fad, took our selections and created an itinerary that would fit our priorities, traffic and the difficult parking issue. He was very informative about the sites, Tokyo, and life in Japan. His efficient, friendly accommodating style allowed us to have a fabulous day. His vehicle was comfortable. He drove safely. He was always interested in giving us the best possible experience. We have taken dozens of Viator and other vendor tours in other countries and believe Fad was one of the best thanks to his efforts. Thank you, John, for your wonderful review! We are delighted to hear that you and your group had such a memorable day exploring Tokyo. Fad will be thrilled to know that his efforts in creating a customized itinerary, sharing insights about Tokyo and Japanese culture, and ensuring a comfortable and safe journey made your experience so enjoyable. Providing flexible, personalized tours and helping our guests make the most of their time in Japan is always our goal, and we’re glad Fad exceeded your expectations. Your kind words and recognition mean a great deal to us. Thank you for choosing our tour, and we hope to welcome you back to Japan for another adventure in the future! Best regards, Jano Japan Team
The driver/guide, Umer Farooq, picked us up from the hotel. From there we are to Asakusa to the Senso-ji Temple. A wonderful experience. Big, cozy busy and a new experience. Then Tokyo skytree. Experience in itself definitely recommended. Fish market where we had the opportunity to have lunch. Then a walk through the forest to Meiji Shrine. The road to it is relaxing and enjoy nature and history. Meiji Shrine is a Shinto Shrine in Shibuya, Tokyo, dedicated to the deified spirits of Emperor Meiji and his wife, Empress Shōken. We were lucky a bridal procession just passed by. Then I visited Aqua city in Odaiba. Here you can see the skyline nicely. Unfortunately the fountains did not work.
Thank you very much for your kind and detailed review! We’re delighted to hear that you had such an enjoyable day exploring Tokyo with Umer Farooq. Starting from Senso-ji Temple in Asakusa to the impressive views from Tokyo Skytree, it sounds like you experienced a wonderful mix of culture and modern attractions. We’re also glad you had the chance to visit the fish market and enjoy a local lunch, as well as take the peaceful walk through the forest leading to Meiji Shrine. Witnessing a traditional wedding procession there is truly a special and memorable moment! Ending the day at Aqua City Odaiba with views of the skyline is a perfect way to wrap up the tour—though we understand it’s a bit disappointing that the fountains weren’t operating at the time. Thank you again for sharing your experience. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you again for another memorable journey in Japan!

Our guide showed up 90 minutes late, he drive us in an illegal car for taking tourists. It was supposed to be a 10 out tour and we ended two hours early after starting 90 minutes late. I can’t recommend this tour. Sorry to say.
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry there was confusion about the start time. According to our records, the tour time was adjusted earlier upon request from your group. Our guide arrived at the originally scheduled time. We always aim to provide a smooth and enjoyable experience, and we’re sorry this misunderstanding affected your impression of the tour.

I recently joined a full-day Tokyo tour, and it was one of the best decisions of my trip! From morning till evening, the tour gave me a deep dive into the heart of this incredible city—its culture, history, and futuristic charm. We started around 9 AM and explored must-see spots like the peaceful Meiji Shrine, the historic Asakusa Temple, the bustling Nakamise Street, and the Imperial Palace gardens. We also got a taste of modern Tokyo with stops in Harajuku and Shibuya—yes, including the famous crossing! Our guide was super friendly and shared a lot of interesting facts that made each place come alive. The tour lasted around 7 to 9 hours, and the pace was just right—not rushed, but also never boring. Whether you’re visiting Tokyo for the first time or want to get the most out of a single day, this tour is a fantastic choice. You’ll leave with great photos, new knowledge, and amazing memories.

I recently had the chance to explore Tokyo at night, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! From 7 PM until late into the night (around 12 AM), we got to witness the vibrant energy, stunning skyline, and hidden gems of Tokyo in a way that daytime just can’t offer. The tour covered iconic spots like Shibuya Crossing, the dazzling lights of Shinjuku, panoramic views from Tokyo Tower, and a peaceful walk near Tokyo Bay. The city felt alive and buzzing with life, yet calm and peaceful in certain corners. Our guide was fantastic—super knowledgeable, friendly, and gave us time to enjoy every stop without rushing. The tour was well-paced, lasting about 7 to 9 hours, which was perfect for soaking in the atmosphere without getting too tired. If you’re visiting Tokyo, I highly recommend this night tour. It’s the best way to see the city in a new light—literally! Perfect for solo travelers, couples, or small groups looking for something memorable.
