The driver was a very nice man who tried his best. However, We requested English speaking and had impression that the trip would be guided. The driver was very limited in his ability to communicate in English and did not provide any information other than the basic route.
We really enjoyed the experience all around. Specifically the stay at the onsen ryokan. Our driver was very friendly and accommodating. You can tell he tried very hard to provide great service and that was appreciated. The only part I would change is the pirate ship ride, but otherwise fantastic two days!
