Depending on your booking date and bloom conditions, the tour will visit one or two of the following locations: Yasukuni Shrine, Chidorigafuchi, the Imperial Palace area, or Sotobori Park.
Hundreds of sakura trees are beautifully illuminated at Yasukuni Shrine, creating a romantic atmosphere. Learn about the history of Yasukuni Shrine while exploring its historical grounds.
Chidorigafuchi is renowned for its breathtaking nighttime cherry blossom views. As you walk beneath the illuminated trees, learn about the area’s history and the cultural significance of cherry blossoms in Japan.
Sotobori Park is a cherry blossom viewing location along the outer moat of Edo Castle. Rows of sakura trees line the water, creating a beautiful contrast between nature and the surrounding cityscape. Compared to Tokyo’s more famous viewing spots, it tends to be less crowded, making it an ideal place for a relaxed stroll and photos beneath the blossoms.
Hotel New Otani is one of Tokyo’s leading luxury hotels and home to a traditional Japanese garden with over 400 years of history. Spanning approximately 3.3 hectares, the garden features ponds, waterfalls, stone lanterns, and a vermilion arched bridge, along with 58 cherry trees representing 19 different varieties. The hotel also offers limited-time sakura-themed menus, sweets, and cocktails, giving guests the opportunity to continue enjoying the spring atmosphere after their garden stroll.

We had such a wonderful experience on this tour, and a big part of that was thanks to our guide, Junko. She was incredibly kind, professional, and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire experience. You can really tell she cares about what she does and wants everyone to have a memorable time. Seeing the cherry blossoms at night was absolutely magical. The way they were illuminated made them even more stunning—honestly, it felt like something out of a dream. Walking through the area and taking it all in was such a special experience that we’ll never forget. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting.
