We had a day tour to Theth with Tedi and it was one of the most wonderful excursions I have ever been on! The whole trip was unreal, the views were crazy and the day went soo smoothly. Tedi was the best guide! Genuinely great at what he does and passionate about his job. He had funny anecdotes and detailed info on history of each place we visited. He is a genuine soul and a good person, highly recommend going on the tour with him as ur guide! Aaron was also so lovely and great to talk with, we had a lovely group and great time - thank you all!
For our daytrip to Teth we booked Albanian Path with Tedi. He drove all the way from Tirana to Skhodër to pick us up to drive to Teth. He drives excellent and you feel so comfortable in the car with him. With the Albanian paths you need a topdriver for sure! We had some great viewpoints and bonus he is also a very good photographer ;-))) We visited some nice places on our way and he knows a lot to tell you about them which is very interesting. We visited the blue eye. So bluetiful :-) The hike is good for young and old, Tedi knows the way around very well. Swimming is a challenge but so worth it if you try it. So worth the visit! We liked our guide Tedi so much: he communicates very very well in English (a big plus), he makes a lot of jokes, he can tell you so much about Albania/history, so great to spend a day with. You feel very on ease with him in every way possible. Book Albanian path! It is so worth it! We can highly recommend Tedi as your guide! You won’t regret it!
We wanted to see Theth and swim in the (ice cold) Blue Eye. Tedi from Albanian Path picked us up directly from the place where we stayed. He's wonderful: easy to talk to, great sense of humour, and you can ask him anything about Albania. Great driver as well, Albanian style 😉 Wonderful places to visit, and so much better accompanied by very interesting history ( reconciliation tower!). Highly recommended!
Great tour with a very friendly guide. We saw a lot and had a beautiful view of the Alps. The village of Theth is highly recommended, as is the short hike to the Blue Eye there. It is a great tour through a canyon. It is a bit of a long drive from Tirana, but it is worth it. The guide from the company Albania Path was very good and I can only recommend him.
I honestly can't recommend this tour enough. Our guide, Tedi, was amazing from the moment we got on the car. He spoke excellent English, was really friendly, and you could tell he genuinely enjoys what he does. He knew so much about every place we visited and shared interesting stories along the way, which made the trip much more than just sightseeing. He was always checking that everyone was doing well, never rushed us, and was happy to answer any questions. He made everyone feel welcome and comfortable throughout the day. Theth completely exceeded my expectations. The mountains, the fresh air, the rivers, and the peaceful atmosphere made it one of the most beautiful places I've ever been. The Blue Eye of Theth was definitely the highlight of the trip. The color of the water is unbelievable, and seeing it in person is something I'll never forget. Pictures don't do it justice. We also stopped in Bogë and Shkodër, and both were beautiful. The viewpoints along the drive were absolutely stunning, and there were plenty of opportunities to stop, enjoy the scenery, and take photos. Even the drive itself felt like part of the experience because every turn had another incredible view. For the price, this tour is honestly one of the best deals I've found in Albania. Everything was well organized, the transportation was comfortable, and the whole day ran smoothly.
We recently spent time exploring North Albania and the stunning Albanian Alps with Tedi, and it was easily the highlight of our trip. Tedi might be a young guy, but his knowledge of the mountains, local culture, and history is exceptional. He recently started his own company, Albanian Path, and you can really feel his passion for showing people the true beauty of his country. From start to finish, he made us feel incredibly comfortable, safe, and welcome. He went out of his way to make sure we had the best possible experience, and his recommendations were spot on. If you are planning a trip to Albania, do yourself a favor and book through Albanian Path. You'll be supporting a brilliant, hard-working local guide who truly deserves to succeed. 10/10 recommendation!

This was the best, we had such a great time with Tedi! He was very flexible and was able to pick us up in Shkroder and drop us off in Tirana at the end of the tour. He was so nice and fun and the day was structured perfectly with enough stops, tours, and walking throughout the day. Theth and the blue eye were a must see for sure! The hike was really amazing and not too long (about 3 miles or 5km) and we got to jump in the water to cool off at the end. We considered going to Theth solo originally, but I am so glad we booked with Tedi instead! We saw so much more, learned so many cool facts, and felt much more relaxed than we would have otherwise. Tedi was a great tour guide and we had so much fun! Definitely book this trip and more with Tedi!
We had a wonderful day trip to Theth with our guide Teddy. We had a wonderful route, stopping at numerous beautiful places along the way to the Blue Eye. He made great conversation, he made us feel comfortable throughout the trip, and he made a restaurant recommendation that was delicious near the Blue eye. The day was thorough, almost 14 hours, but he maintained his energy and his positive spirit. We would certainly recommend any tour that he operates.
Tedi was amazing! My husband and I had an exceptional experience spending the day traveling to Theth and the Blue Eye. Tedi was great to talk to and informed us about Albanian history and culture along the way. He even taught us some Albanian! I hope to book with him again soon!
